Our spacious holiday apartment in Umhausen, located in the beautiful Ötztal, accommodates up to 6 people. With three bedrooms—a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, and a single bedroom—as well as a cozy living kitchen, a bathroom, two balconies, and a terrace, you can feel right at home with us.
Our 75 square meter apartment is perfect for families with children, who can enjoy the playground right in front of the house. Your dog is also warmly welcomed. You can use the Wi-Fi for free, and the ski storage room provides a secure place for your equipment.
Enjoy warm summer evenings barbecuing in the garden or explore the Ötztal with its hiking and skiing areas. Our holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities.
- The living kitchen
The living kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery for 12 people, a dishwasher, microwave oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator-freezer combination, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV, dining area with a large table, chairs, and a corner bench, as well as a balcony.
- Bedroom 1 (max. 3 people)
Double bed with satellite TV (32'' HD TV) and an additional single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair, as well as a balcony. Bright and cheerfully furnished!
- Bedroom 2 (for 2 people)
Double bed with satellite TV (32'' HD TV), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two windows with a splendid panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
- Bedroom 3 (for 1 person or a child)
Room with a single bed, satellite TV (32'' HD TV), table and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and 2 windows with a splendid view of the mountain panorama.
- Bathroom
The bathroom of the holiday apartment is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer. You can conveniently warm and dry your hand and bath towels with the towel warmer (not a radiator!), which operates with the underfloor heating and reaches a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius.
- Terrace (pure relaxation)
On the beautiful, spacious terrace with comfortable seating and a table, you can enjoy the morning sun during breakfast or unwind after a busy day of vacation. Directly from the terrace, you have a view of the private playground, allowing you to keep an eye on your children at all times.
- Especially for children (play & fun)
Families with children are warmly welcome in our house. While you unwind on the terrace, you can watch your children playing in the surrounding meadows. Away from the road, your children can safely romp around in our on-site playground, playing in the sand, climbing on the swings, bouncing on the trampoline, or playing soccer.
- Barbecue
Let the evening wind down comfortably and treat yourself to delicious barbecue. We provide our guests with a charcoal grill, and if it gets windy, you can enjoy your meal comfortably in the garden house.
- Especially for children (play & fun)
You are welcome to order your breakfast bread (bread roll service) with us, delivered fresh daily by Bäckerei Sommer year-round.
(Unfortunately, there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.)
To ensure fresh bread in the morning, a bread order list is available.
On Sundays and public holidays, you can pick up your breakfast rolls from the local bakery in the village center (5 minutes' walk away).
- Ski storage / bicycle storage
You can securely store your sports equipment, skis, snowboards, sledges, bicycles, or strollers in a lockable room. The boot dryer and ski room are located in the garage of our house, accessible from the outside via a code lock for our guests.
The boot dryer (capable of drying 10 pairs of ski, snowboard, or hiking boots) ensures dry and warm footwear in winter after extensive hiking or any sports activities.
- Good to know
The entire holiday apartment Frischmann Klaudia is heated with modern underfloor heating. All floors are washable, and washable beds and cushions are used in the rooms. Our apartment is specially designed for allergy sufferers. Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the holiday apartment!
