Our holiday apartment is available for you from 4:00 PM.
An earlier arrival is only possible with prior arrangement!
We kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that we can thoroughly clean and prepare everything for the new guests. A later departure is only possible in exceptional cases!
If you arrive at night (after 10:00 PM), please let us know.
We are happy to send you a access code for the holiday apartment via WhatsApp or email.
Payment
Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, we can only accept cash payment on the day of arrival or advance payment (deposit) via bank transfer.

Cancellation of your booking
We refer to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH).

Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual contractual arrangements, the following applies:

3 months to 1 month – 40%
1 month to 1 week – 70%
Last week – 90%
No arrival without cancellation – 100%
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which you can also book directly with us.

o Tourist tax / local tax
The tourist tax is levied independently of the accommodation price
and is used to maintain the infrastructure.
For Umhausen, the tourist tax per night is €4.00 throughout the year.
Tourist tax regulations for children:
o 2024:
Children born between 2009 and 2024 are exempt from tourist tax.
From the year 2007 onwards, tourist tax is applicable.
o 2025:
Children born between 2010 and 2025 are exempt from tourist tax.
From the year 2008 onwards, tourist tax is applicable.
o Final cleaning
For the final cleaning, we charge a flat fee of €60,- per stay.
o Pets
Pets are only allowed upon request.
Pets must never be left unattended in the holiday apartment!
€7.00 per pet per day, excluding food.
